1 Items listed in the Marketplace are from independent merchants.

Focus on Futbol does not endorse any merchant nor assumes any responsibility for transactions conducted with them. This further extends to the perceived quality of items; satisfaction of product and/or services; and any costs associated with returning product or in seeking damages in a court of law.

2 Marketplace items will be posted, available for sale for a period of four (4) weeks.
3 Merchants may extend posting length for an additional two (2) weeks.
4 To purchase an item, email seller noting item number and full description.
5 Any transaction is between consumer and merchant.
6 Focus on Futbol and its staff will not arbitrate on the behalf of or mediate between merchants and consumers.

However, Focus on Futbol does want to be notified at Contact us if either merchant or consumer feels their transaction, be it the actual product quality and/or services, was not satisfactory. Focus on Futbol will log such feedback and use it in making decisions for future postings.
